Daily I hear buyers who want a REAL DEAL in this market. After months and months of national news stories about vacant houses, short sales, foreclosed homes and general doom and gloom, apparently many folks out there believe that this dismal picture is reality. There are a whopping 68 estate homes for $950,000 and up on the market, or almost a 2-year supply if nothing else is added to the mix, which is not going to happen. These are sellers who are -- or should be -- ready to DEAL, and the winner could and SHOULD be you!!!!
